2. In order to ensure that "UCCEO" brand faces users with a unified image in the whole country, the company will bear part of the advertising and decoration expenses of road signs, signboards and storefront doors in the area where the regional agent is located according to the specific situation.
3. The company shall promptly and continuously develop new products that are marketable and reasonably priced. Make "UCCEO" products more professional, serialized and visualized.
4. The company is obliged to assist the regional agent to set up cooperative stores in the local area, and timely provide relevant documents such as industrial and commercial registration materials, trademark registration documents, enterprise product standard certificates, quality inspection reports and quality undertaking documents.
5. The company shall provide market feasibility analysis report, marketing plan and voluntary training and guidance for regional agents.
6. The company guarantees that the quality of "UCCEO" series products conforms to the enterprise standard or industry standard or national standard.
7. The company regularly or irregularly sends marketing personnel to visit regional agents, assist and guide regional agents to develop local markets.
8. The company provides free of charge to the regional agents with all kinds of relevant promotional materials, brochures, posters, oil exhibition racks, workshop uniforms, various promotional products, etc.

Support for regional agents

1. Information support: provide business operation platform for regional agents in the fastest, most convenient and simplest way through UCCEO website.
2. Technical support: regular training courses on professional technical knowledge and marketing knowledge are held to help regional agents and their employees quickly get into the working state and improve their business competitiveness.
3. Advertising support: the company cooperates with regional agents to promote products on local media, enhances the publicity of advertising and investment attraction, and provides considerable outdoor advertising support.
4. Promotion support: organize regional agents to carry out local or national product promotion activities, participate in large domestic trade fairs, invite well-known industry experts to hold regular product knowledge lectures, marketing, promotion planning, etc.
5. Business support: send business managers, marketing planners and sales staff to help agents explore the market irregularly.
6. Storage and transportation support: provide sufficient supply of goods, guarantee the quality and quantity, timely and quickly deliver the goods, and the company shall pay the transportation costs in accordance with the company's regulations.

Agency System

(1) Division Of Agents:
National regional agents are divided into two - level agency mechanism.
